Finance Manager

An ambitious, growing payments business is looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen financial reporting and help transform how finance operates.

This is an opportunity to combine technical accounting with real ownership of automation, systems and process improvement.

Your remit:

• Lead month-end and year-end close.
• Deliver consolidated management accounts across multiple entities and currencies.
• Own balance sheet controls and intercompany accounting.
• Support statutory reporting and lead external audit delivery.
• Drive finance systems improvements, integrations and automated workflows.
• Partner with Technology and Operations to build scalable processes.

About you:

• ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
• A Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant ready to step up.
• Strong consolidation, intercompany and multi-currency experience.
• A track record of improving systems, automating processes and strengthening controls.
• Confident challenging established practices and turning ideas into practical improvements.

Fintech, insurance or regulated financial services experience would be a strong advantage, alongside exposure to transfer pricing and systems integrations.
