180 Recruitment Consultant , focusing on:Sourcing and engaging engineering professionals
Building strong candidate relationships
Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
Making placements within your specialist market
After approximately
4–5 successful placements , you’ll begin progressing towards a
360 consultant role , taking on business development and client management.You need to be:Ambitious and motivated by huge earning potential
Commercial and relationship-focused
Resilient and hardworking
Curious and willing to become an expert in their market

What you will receive?
£28k starting salary + highly competitive commission
Commission tiers of
10%–40% , paid monthly
