Butternut Box’s Marro is seeking a Head of Food who can shape exceptional cat food with a deep focus on feline nutrition, palatability, and sensory science. You will own Marro’s long-term product development strategy and architecture for the range, setting a clear roadmap grounded in science and commercial goals.
You’ll manage budget, oversee trials, and work with Operations, Brand, and Marketing to turn insights into market-leading recipes.
