Head of Music Service – Education Leadership

Hillingdon Council is seeking a Music Service Manager to lead HMS, delivering high-quality and inclusive music education across the borough. You will steer strategic and operational delivery, manage a central team and a wider network of tutors, and represent the service to schools, families and partners.

The role requires a degree in Music and/or Education, strong leadership in public/charitable sectors, sound financial and people management, and a firm commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
