Head of Housekeeping: Lead Hotel Cleaning & Operations

HotelCare is seeking a Head Housekeeper to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department within a hotel contract. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, safety compliance, and staff development while delivering excellent client service and meeting contracted SLAs.

You will work closely with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and HotelCare operations colleagues to lead by example, align with client expectations, and drive operational efficiency across all shifts.
