Based on the role outlined in Network Engineer, thisposition focuses on supporting HFC and telecoms networks through commissioning,upgrades, fault finding, and maintenance activities nationwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Upgrading and commissioning HFC networkequipment
• Diagnosing and resolving network and RF signalfaults
• Identifying and eliminating noise ingress issues
• Supporting fibre and coax network maintenanceactivities
• Using specialist test equipment to ensureoptimum performance
• Delivering a “Right First Time”approach across all works
• Working closely with customers, stakeholders,and engineering teams to keep the UK connected.

Requirements

• Telecoms, HFC, CATV or network engineeringexperience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and signalperformance
• Ability to work independently and outdoors inall conditions
• Excellent customer service and communicationskills
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
