Quality Assurance Lead — Luxury Airline Catering

DO & CO is seeking a QA Supervisor at our luxury production unit in the United Kingdom. You will conduct daily QA tasks, review supplier deliveries, manage chillers and stores, and ensure compliance with temperature controls, hygiene, and paperwork.

The role demands leadership, strong English communication, and a hands-on approach to improve DO & CO standards. You’ll mentor team members, coordinate audits across kitchen areas, and support international QA events.
