Senior Tier 3 Service Desk Lead

ECS Computers Ltd in King’s Lynn is seeking a Tier 3 Engineer / Service Desk Team Lead to mentor engineers and oversee day-to-day service desk operations. You will provide hands-on IT support while leading the team, ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
