Cross-School Primary Pastoral & Behaviour Lead

Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking a Primary Pastoral and Behaviour Lead to unite and strengthen pastoral care across our family of primary schools in Cornwall. This central Trust role involves working with school leaders, staff, learners and families to promote positive behaviour and inclusive practices that help every child thrive.

The role includes delivering targeted interventions, guiding staff with practical strategies and coordinating support across multiple schools.
