Community Care & Support Worker – Driving, Mileage

West Northants Council is seeking a Community Care & Support Worker for our Reablement Service based in Northampton. This hands-on role travels between homes to provide practical care, support, and medication assistance, helping people stay independent in their own communities.

You will work a fixed 4-on/4-off rota averaging 31.5 hours per week, with shifts 7:00-16:00 and 13:30-22:30, and a requirement for a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
