Senior Researcher – Policy Insight Leader (Remote UK)

Equi is seeking a Senior Researcher to lead a growing research programme with UK-based remote work. You will take projects from conception to publication, manage researchers and partners, and engage policymakers, academics and communities. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with travel as needed.

Location: Remote (UK-based only). Salary: Up to £36,000 FTE. Applicants must live in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. Close date: Friday 23 October 2026.
