Confidential is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to drive sales on new build housing developments in Newcastle under Lyme. You will manage leads, customer appointments and reservations, process sales transactions and keep the CRM up to date while coordinating with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams.

The role requires proven sales experience in new build housing, superb communication skills, strong market awareness and a full UK driving licence.
