Overview

In this role you will own the financial performance of the GB On Trade, shaping investment and pricing decisions to drive commercial success. You will partner with senior leaders to influence key choices and lead cross-functional projects that raise performance. You’ll ensure clear accountability, actions and owners, coaching stakeholders to improve decision quality. This is a high-impact role in a global, fast-moving finance team that partners closely with commercial teams to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance for the GB On Trade, aligning strategy, planning and outcomes
• Influence pricing, investment and commercial decisions through sound financial judgement
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business performance and decision quality
• Drive accountability with clear actions, owners and interventions
• Coach and challenge senior stakeholders to improve decision quality and value creation

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or MBA or equivalent commercial finance experience
• 8-12+ years of finance experience
• Experience shaping strategic decisions and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
