Head of Risk & Governance – Customer Operations

Nationwide Building Society is seeking an experienced Head of Risk & Governance to join our Retail & Group Customer Operations Risk team. You’ll lead 1st line risk, oversee conduct and regulatory risk, and shape risk frameworks across Collections & Recoveries and Specialist Support.

You will mentor a team, partner with senior leaders, and drive improvements to protect customers and deliver Nationwide’s strategy within a hybrid working model across the UK.
