Senior Marine Operations Lead – Offshore Projects

McDermott International, Ltd is seeking a Manager of Marine Operations to lead and mentor a team in delivering offshore construction projects and tenders. The role spans from early engagement and commercial pursuit through to project execution and closeout, with site presence as needed.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in oil and gas marine operations, broad execution knowledge, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams. Office-based with some field support, UK-based preference.
