Store Manager: Lead Team, Drive KPIs, with Company Car

Lidl is seeking a Store Manager to own the store, drive customer satisfaction and develop the team. You’ll lead from the front, hitting targets, solving problems and guiding your team to reach their full potential.

In return, Lidl offers a competitive salary (£46,000-£66,000 per annum), a company car or car allowance, 30-35 days holiday pro rata, a pension scheme and 10% in-store discount, plus chances to progress and grow within the business.
