Create Engage is seeking an Account Director to lead a pod of six clients in a growth-focused marketing role at Bristol-based hybrid setup. You will set the marketing direction, coach the team, and own the quality and commercial impact of the pod’s work for founder-led consultancies.

You will work closely with the Client Partner, drive campaigns and content strategy, and shape the growth of the agency while sitting in leadership meetings and shaping quarterly priorities.
