EMEA ICX Engineering Manager — Lead Agentic AI Solutions

Siemens PLC is seeking an ICX Engineering Manager for the EMEA region to build and lead the ICX Engineering team. You will model customer domains as an enterprise ontology, develop agents and ML solutions, and deliver impactful agentic applications for customers across multiple industries.

You will report to the EMEA Pre-Sales Leader, work with sales and partners, and help grow the global ICX practice while traveling up to 25% to customer sites.
