Head of Process Engineering – Battery Manufacturing & Innovation

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise is seeking a technically adept Head of Process Engineering (Formation and Aging) to lead a major part of our Global Manufacturing Engineering team in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will oversee process development and industrialisation for battery manufacturing and build a high-performance team.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver capabilities, manage key capex programmes, and define the technology roadmap for Formation and Aging.
