Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to lead the Eye Clinic Outpatients team. You will support the Sister/Charge Nurse to provide safe, high-quality, compassionate care, manage day-to-day clinic operations, supervise staff and improve patient flow.
Ideally you will have ophthalmic knowledge or outpatient nursing experience, be a strong communicator, and committed to safe, high-quality care.
