Band 7 Ward Manager position at Japonica Suite within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking an RMN or RNLD to lead an inpatient ward on a female unit based at Oleaster, delivering high-quality care.

You will provide inspirational leadership, manage developments and staff, and work within the MDT to maintain high standards of patient care.
