Hybrid Building Surveyor – Home Based South London

Marks Consulting Partners Limited is seeking a field-based role covering South London, Surrey, A3 corridor including Isle of Wight and Jersey. The position is home-based with a mix of field visits (roughly 2 days in the field) and home-working (2–3 days at home).

The role is responsible for inspecting, managing and maintaining properties to ensure safety, compliance and high standards while supporting the mission to provide quality housing and assist people in housing need.
