District Nurse – Home Health Care (Out-of-Hours)

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Registered General Nurses to join the District Nursing team based at Buckshaw Village Health Centre as part of the Out of Hours Team.

You will deliver holistic, high-quality care in patients’ homes, work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to public health and health education initiatives. Flexibility to cover a seven-day rota and continued professional development will be supported.
