We are looking for caring, resilient and enthusiastic Therapeutic Care Workers to join a specialist residential children’s service supporting children and young people who have experienced significant adversity and trauma.

The Role As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will:
Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and young peopleSupport young people with daily routines, education, activities and independence skillsPromote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomesSupport young people through difficult situations using therapeutic approachesWork closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality careMaintain records and contribute to care planningHelp create a safe, nurturing and stable home environmentWhat We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who have:

Experience working with children and/or young peopleNVQ Level 2 in a social care related subject
