They deliver infrastructure and construction projects for Network Rail and train operating companies across the UK, and they’re expanding.If you’re based in Birmingham or the wider West Midlands, you’re ideally placed for a role with excellent rail connectivity to client sites nationwide.The roleLead rail infrastructure and construction projects from inception through to deliveryManage programme, cost, risk, quality and safety to a high standardBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teamsAct as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, including Network Rail and train companiesWork from home, with occasional travel to client sites across the UKAbout youSignificant experience managing rail infrastructure or construction projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA project management qualification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) or a proven track record of deliveryHardworking, motivated and ambitious, with the drive to grow with a business on the riseComfortable working independently in a home-based roleWhat’s on offerSalary of £50,000 – £55,000 per annumA great benefits packageAn exciting, high-growth and ambitious culture, with real scope to develop your careerFlexible home-based working
