The Cadillac Formula 1® Team is seeking a No.1 Race Team Mechanic to lead factory-based pit equipment and race support systems, ensuring peak readiness for car builds and events.

You will work with Engineering, Operations, Logistics and Power Unit teams to oversee equipment development, testing, and deployment while supporting race event preparation and continuous improvement initiatives.
