Overview

In this role you drive the programme and project management of Oxford’s housing supply initiatives, partnering across the Council, the housing company, and strategic partners to accelerate affordable housing delivery. You will help shape and sustain regeneration efforts and identify new opportunities to meet housing needs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that address the city’s housing affordability challenge. This is a mission-driven role with a tangible impact on the community and local housing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective programme and project management of the housing supply work across the Council, housing company, and partners
• Coordinate delivery of key initiatives and outcomes to accelerate affordable housing delivery
• Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders
• Contribute to identifying new opportunities and initiatives for ongoing delivery and regeneration projects
• Support cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment with Oxford’s housing needs
• Assist in monitoring progress, risks, and benefits to ensure successful delivery
