Product Manager – Customer

Overview

As Product Manager for Agent Select Platforms at Rightmove, you will guide the core platform powering agent choice across the business. You’ll shape strategy, own the platform roadmap, and ensure reliable, scalable integrations with third parties. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into platform requirements, driving quality software and operational performance. This role offers impact across Rep Core, Back Office, and partner integrations, contributing to Rightmove’s mission to simplify moving and empower every move.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic direction, vision, and objectives for Agent Select Platforms with insights and rationale
• Own the core platform roadmap that supports agent selection features across Rightmove
• Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to business goals and cross-domain priorities
• Lead integration of third-party providers to improve platform integrity and reliability
• Define and monitor platform health, SLAs, and performance with partners
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand constraints and options for a scalable platform
• Translate needs from Agent Select Experience and other domain teams into platform requirements
• Be accountable for requirements and delivery across Rep Core, Back Office, and third-party integrations
