Salesforce Solution Architect – Financial Services

Overview

In this role you design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions for financial services clients, helping them modernise customer and employee experiences at scale. You’ll work within the Salesforce Business Group to translate client processes into robust architectures and lead engagements with senior stakeholders. You will stay current on Salesforce FSC features, embed AI thinking in solutions, and guide delivery across complex programmes. This position offers hands-on architecture work, hands-on leadership, and exposure to a global, fast-paced network focused on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Articulate solutions to senior stakeholders and drive objective-focused discussions
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using FSC for wealth management, banking, and investments
• Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop leadership and consulting capabilities while delivering Salesforce at scale to create measurable client value
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
• Stay informed on Salesforce Financial Services features and updates through engagement with Salesforce
• Grow skills in solutioning, project management, and client engagement through practical experience and training
• Embed AI into industry solution thinking

Key requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Industries or Financial Services Cloud
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Platform Developer, Vlocity, Agentforce Specialist)
• Proven hands-on leadership of technical engagements from architecture to delivery on Salesforce
• Experience addressing scalability, performance, security, availability in Salesforce contexts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Background in consulting or team leadership
