Overview

As Senior Manager, you will set technology strategy for Financial Services clients, lead delivery, originate work and grow the practice. You will shape roadmaps, operating models and value-led investments that align with business goals and regulatory demands. You’ll lead AI, data and cloud-native initiatives to drive competitive advantage and ensure governance and risk controls. You’ll engage with C-suite stakeholders and build trusted relationships while developing teams and contributing to practice growth. This role offers cross-functional impact across strategy, delivery and business development.

Responsibilities

• Set technology strategy for Financial Services clients and lead delivery
• Originatе work and grow the practice
• Design operating models, investment cases and multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Link business priorities to technology investment and challenge assumptions
• Define AI, data and cloud-native strategies and governance roadmaps
• Lead complex engagements, manage scope, mobilization and financial performance
• Build C-suite relationships and provide clear, challenging advice
• Develop teams, recruit, coach and manage performance
• Shape practice strategy, targets and knowledge sharing
• Lead business development from opportunity identification to close and publish thought leadership

Key requirements

• Proven leadership of large, complex technology strategy engagements with delivery accountability
• Strong strategy methods: research, quantitative analysis, problem solving, executive communication
• Strong financial and commercial fluency: modelling, business cases, value drivers
• Excellent board-level communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Proven team leadership, coaching and capability development
• Commercial acumen with a track record of originating and closing work
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and challenge conventional approaches
• Deep expertise in AI, data, cloud-native architectures and technology strategy
• Experience in regulated environments, risk governance and model risk
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MSc advantageous
• FS industry understanding across banking, capital markets, payments and insurance
