Senior Business Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at Rotork, you will drive transformation by shaping and embedding world-class business processes. You’ll bridge business needs with strategic, operational, and technical solutions to deliver measurable value across a global organization. Your leadership will steer cross-functional teams through change in a fast-moving environment. This role offers impact in process excellence, governance, and continuous improvement aligned with Rotork’s transformation agenda.

• Lead analysis, design, optimisation and governance of business processes
• Bridge business needs with strategic, operational, and technical solutions
• Drive change management and support cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and align with transformation agenda
• Shape how Rotork operates by guiding process improvements and governance
• Navigate fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders at all levels

Key requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a global environment
• Proven leadership and mentoring of teams
• Strong requirements gathering, process improvement, data-driven decision making
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting transformation, system implementations, testing, training, and change management
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management with influence
• Proactive, self-motivated with ownership and accountability
• A relevant degree, plus experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and customer journey mapping would be advantageous
