Senior Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will lead requirements gathering across complex projects and translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will engage senior stakeholders and tech teams to define requirements, map processes and produce functional specifications. You will support solution design, UAT and implementation, and identify risks and impacts of proposed changes. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology within a global insurer, offering exposure to transformation initiatives and meaningful change delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes and drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across complex projects
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand business needs and define solutions
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Produce detailed business requirements, process maps and functional specifications
• Support solution design, UAT and implementation activities
• Identify risks, dependencies and impacts of proposed business changes

Key requirements

• Proven Senior Business Analyst experience, ideally within insurance or financial services
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives
• Excellent process mapping, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions
