ProServe Area Delivery Leader, WWPS Professional Services – UKGI

Overview

In this pivotal executive role, you own delivery operations for AWS ProServe across the UKI Public Sector, driving revenue, utilization, and exceptional customer outcomes. You will lead Delivery Practice Managers, align cross-functional teams at the C-suite level, and govern portfolios with a focus on value creation and transformation roadmaps. You shape partner models and strategic plans to position AWS as a trusted digital agenda partner. You’ll balance short-term gains with long-term growth while sustaining a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across the Delivery organization and guide Delivery Practice Managers toward strategic objectives
• Ensure delivery of market-leading solutions that meet or exceed customer and partner satisfaction targets
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and portfolio optimization
• Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to define transformative customer business outcomes
• Own the P&L with accountability for growth, performance, and utilization targets
• Serve as senior escalation authority across pre-sales, engagements, and post-implementation governance
• Define and execute the strategic vision for UKGI Public Sector delivery with measurable outcomes

Key requirements

• Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
• Knowledge of IaaS cloud transition challenges
• Experience with consulting practice leadership (manager of managers) and P&L responsibility
• Experience in enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies & distributed architecture
• 10+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting/Services, with at least 5 years in senior leadership

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong people management and performance management skills
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive change
• Strategic thinking and decision-making in ambiguous environments
• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
