Workday Integration Architect

Overview

In this role, you drive integrated, cloud-based HR solutions using Workday to help clients maximize their investment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end integrations, influencing architecture and governance across projects. You’ll lead discovery, share best practices, and shape offerings in a global delivery context. This position offers exposure to large-scale Workday programs and a path to specialized certifications and development.

Responsibilities

• Share leading practices for integrating Workday HCM/Finance with Payroll and other systems, including consolidation of integration inventory
• Host workshops and lead discussions across the integration domain
• Lead discovery sessions for each domain-specific integration
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers
• Manage and mentor a team of Workday Integrations consultants
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to ensure robust solutions
• Participate in (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for prospective clients

Key requirements

• Experience integrating Workday with external applications across Financial functional areas
• Design, build, and test Workday integration code (Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, Orchestrate) and 3rd party coding
• Multiple full-cycle Workday implementations (requirements gathering, integration design, testing, deployment)
• Ability to travel as required and manage virtual teams
