A growing multi disciplinary consultancy seeking a confident, commercially minded Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects, build strong client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role
Working on larger, high-value developments ranging from £10m to £100m+. Projects span a diverse range of sectors including data centres, mixed use & leisure.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an agile consultancy where initiative, commercial awareness and a hands‑on approach are valued. For the right person, there is potential to progress to Associate level as performance targets are achieved.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years consultancy experience
- Experience delivering projects across multiple stages of the construction lifecycle
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence managing programmes, budgets, procurement, risks and multidisciplinary teams
- Sound commercial awareness, including fees, scope and resource management
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
Experience in a consultancy or client-side environment is preferred. Exposure to business development, fee proposals and securing repeat business would also be advantageous.
