People & Culture Director – Hybrid, Multi-Site Growth Leader

Lane7 is seeking a People and Culture Director to lead the people agenda across the business in a hybrid/remote-from-venue role. You’ll translate priorities into practical plans, design an L&D strategy, and develop policies that support growth, wellbeing and performance.

Working with the CEO and SLT, you’ll build capability, coach leaders, and establish clear governance across multiple venues to drive productivity and an exceptional employee experience.
