Senior Residential Care Lead for Children & Young People

HAND Enterprise Solutions LTD. is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead shifts and provide therapeutic, child-centred care for children and young people in a residential setting near LE10.

You will mentor staff, maintain high standards of care, and collaborate with social workers, education teams and families to promote safety and wellbeing. A shift-based pattern includes days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
