Active Assistance in York is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one, person-centred care in a client’s home. You will deliver full daily living support, including specialist tasks such as urostomy and stoma care, cough assist, and recognizing Autonomic Dysreflexia, while building trust and independence.
