Store Manager: Lead a High-Impact Retail Team

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to run a store with an entrepreneurial spirit, putting customers, colleagues and local communities first. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding service and a safe, welcoming store.

You will drive people activities including recruitment, induction, training and development, build relationships with the community, and continuously look for ways to improve the store’s performance.
