We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineer to join a growing building services team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites.The majority of your work will be across London, with responsibility for one additional site in Milton Keynes.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong multi-skilled engineer with experience across air conditioning and electrical building services. With a basic salary of £48,000 – £52,000 plus door-to-door travel, there is excellent earning potential available.You’ll be provided with a company van and fuel card, with responsibility for managing planned and reactive maintenance across your portfolio.Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceService, maintain and fault-find on air conditioning systemsWork on equipment including splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated HVAC plantDiagnose and repair AC faults and breakdownsCarry out electrical maintenance and fault findingMaintain lighting, power, distribution and associated electrical systemsCarry out general M&E building services maintenance where requiredAttend reactive call-outs and resolve faults efficientlyComplete maintenance reports and update CAFM systemsLiaise professionally with clients and building managersEnsure all works are completed safely and in line with current regulationsManage your own workload and travel efficiently between sitesAbout You
We are looking for an engineer with a strong Air Conditioning background combined with good electrical knowledge and experience.Ideally, you’ll have:F-Gas qualificationRelevant Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualificationsElectrical qualifications such as City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalentGood electrical fault-finding abilityExperience with VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systemsPrevious commercial building maintenance experienceStrong understanding of HVAC and electrical building servicesGood fault-finding and problem-solving skillsProfessional and confident client-facing approachFull UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer?
