Overview

As a Syndicate Underwriting Oversight/Performance Manager in London, you will monitor performance against business plans and ensure robust governance and controls. You will work closely with senior underwriting leadership and governance teams to review MI, identify deviations, and drive corrective action. The role leads the SBF process and supports underwriting committees and governance forums, shaping performance improvements. You will contribute to mid-year plan changes and collaborate across controls and governance to sustain disciplined execution. Responsibilities

• Monitor syndicate performance against agreed business plans
• Review underwriting MI and deviations from plan
• Support corrective action and performance improvement strategies

Key requirements
