Social Worker: Child Welfare & Care Planning Lead

Pembrokeshire County Council in Haverfordwest is seeking a Social Worker – Childcare Management (Grade 8) to perform assessments, develop care plans and support packages to promote the welfare of children.

Based at County Hall, you will undertake initial and core assessments, develop care plans and support packages, fulfil statutory duties in respect of looked after children, and work within Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures. Salary: £30.13 per hour.
