Our client is an international digital marketing company specialising in performance-based advertising within highly regulated industries, including online gambling and sports betting.
With operations across multiple international markets, the company combines technology, data-driven marketing, and compliance-focused execution to deliver high-quality customer acquisition and traffic to its partners.
Location: On-site – Douglas
Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, general ledger, and revenue recognition
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Oversee collections and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers
Lead and support the finance team
Maintain appropriate financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax requirements
Oversee financial systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
2-3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel or similar accounting systems
Experience in digital marketing, media, iGaming, or another fast-paced international business would be an advantage, but not essential. If you are an experienced finance leader with strong interest in iGaming, digital marketing, media, we encourage you to apply.
