Public Policy Proposal Manager

Frontier Economics is seeking a Proposal Advisor for its Public Policy Practice. You will coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and tenders across markets, working with economists and collaborators to deliver high-quality materials on time.

In this role you’ll manage bid processes, draft content, and shape messaging to demonstrate Frontier’s value to clients, while engaging with government procurement partners and practicing continuous improvement through AI-enabled tools.
