Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to help understand performance and key drivers
• Use data to challenge assumptions and provide clear commentary and recommendations
• Maintain strong financial controls, support reconciliations, and investigate variances
• Collaborate with Finance and wider business partners, communicating financial information clearly
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve efficiency and quality of outputs

Key requirements

• Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Experience in finance/accounting with exposure to reporting, reconciliations, controls or month-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
• Proficient Excel and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with financial systems
• Strong communicator able to build relationships and work across teams
