Security Consulting Manager – PRD

Overview

In this role you will lead security consulting for the Products sector, shaping security strategy and practical solutions across Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrials, and Life Sciences. You’ll coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams, engage clients from technical to executive levels, and drive new opportunities. The role blends technical breadth with commercial acumen to mitigate risk and enable secure innovation. You’ll work in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment focused on shaping client security postures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security projects with focus on timelines, budgets, and quality
• Serve as primary client contact across technical and C-suite stakeholders
• Perform cybersecurity assessments, maturity evaluations, and discovery workshops
• Identify risks at project, business, and technical levels and implement mitigations
• Design and implement tailored cybersecurity solutions for client environments
• Produce high-quality deliverables: risk assessments, policies, and procedures
• Stay updated on threats, AI security, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
• Drive business development within existing accounts and cultivate new client relationships
• Support sales pursuits, proposals, and revenue targets at Manager level
• Collaborate with industry and alliance teams to develop differentiated go-to-market offerings
• Lead, coach, and develop security consultants across levels
• Share knowledge and contribute to thought leadership through publications and engagements

Key requirements

• 10+ years in cybersecurity across domains (strategy, GRC, IAM, cloud, data/AI security, OT security, SOC)
• Experience leading security project teams in complex client environments
• Background spanning advisory, delivery, and hands-on implementation
• Familiarity with regulations and frameworks (NIST, NIS, CAF, ISO 27001)
• Experience working with technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Commercial awareness including bids or account growth
• Excellent communication translating technical risk to business impact
• High attention to detail and strong logical thinking
• Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require
