Partners in Performance – Performance Strategy Manager

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end engagements for Partners in Performance, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client impact. You work closely with client partners across industries to improve operations, sourcing, and capital strategies, balancing delivery with coaching your team. You’ll shape outcomes through deep analytics and stakeholder management, while benefiting from world-class development programs. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong entrepreneurial culture and visible impact across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and team coordination across Senior Associates, Associates, and/or Business Analysts
• Manage client relationships, ensure collaboration, and coach the team to deliver outcomes
• Own end-to-end delivery process and drive tangible results for clients
• Coach, influence and develop junior consultants while maintaining project quality
• Balance multiple priorities, set expectations, and meet deadlines with senior stakeholders

Key requirements

• Consulting experience in a top-tier strategy firm
• University degree or equivalent with strong quantitative emphasis
• MBA would be an advantage
• Track record of achieving tough targets under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coach and influence seniors
• Proven ability to manage a team and develop talent
