As an Associate Director in Real Estate Advisory, you will guide clients on strategic use of their buildings to transform work delivery and portfolio performance. You will translate client strategy into robust business cases and portfolio analysis, collaborating with senior leaders across sectors to unlock funding and drive growth. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, deliver insight-driven real estate solutions, and nurture key stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and tailor real estate solutions to real problems
• Conduct in-depth research and feasibility analyses to support business cases and estate strategies
• Provide expert advice on real estate trends and sector developments
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and craft compelling proposals

Key requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• Proven experience authoring strategic documentation (Business Cases, Estate Strategies) for real estate change and investment
• Knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education / Commercial sectors including relevant policies and procurement
• Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs
