Global Spread Products Application Support – Assistant Vice President

Overview

In this role you support the Spread Products eTrading platform and related services, ensuring stable, high‑performing systems for traders and front‑office users. You work with SP Tech, Sales, Trading, Operations and Risk to keep platforms resilient and compliant with SLAs. You’ll handle incident management, monitoring enhancements, and collaboration with internal dev teams across a global follow‑the‑sun model. This is a hands‑on role with real impact on trading floor efficiency and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Trade floor support to business users
• eTrading applications support for SP platform
• Global follow‑the‑sun coverage ensuring overnight batches meet SLAs
• Downstream feed investigations and data quality improvements
• Development collaboration with in‑house teams and escalation when needed
• Incident & task management in ServiceNow and Jira
• Observability, monitoring, and controls improvements
• Resiliency and accountability initiatives across the stack
