Strategic HR Manager – Employee Relations & Policy Lead

The South Thames Colleges Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to deliver a comprehensive HR service across the group. You will advise managers, support service plans, and help achieve operational targets while handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and sickness management.

Ideally you will have UK and European legislation exposure and hold CIPD Level 7.
